Our Philosophy:
Our developers are dedicated to preserving the natural beauty of Beaucatcher Mountain’s surrounding woods and breathtaking views. They took great measures to preserve and protect mature trees, while also adding new trees to the streetscape. With preservation a priority, the developers require that each home owner maintain no less than 50% of their log in its natural state.

Lannie Hopper, Beaucatcher Height’s project manager, is a civil engineer with over 40 years of experience in the design and construction industry. His experience includes 22 years associated specifically with residential and resort development. His most recent projects include:
